Location & Getting Around

Here’s what I love about the Hrázní location — you’re close enough to the city center that you can walk to the main sights, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with tourist crowds right outside your window. Couples absolutely rave about this spot, and I get why. There’s something romantic about being able to stroll into the historic core for dinner, then retreat back to your quiet base. The fact that there’s free parking available is honestly a game-changer if you’re exploring the South Moravian region by car, which I’d definitely recommend.

The Room Experience

My room was exactly what you’d expect from a well-run four-star — clean lines, comfortable bedding, and those little touches that show someone’s paying attention to details. The bathrooms are modern without being cold, and the soundproofing is solid enough that you actually get a good night’s sleep. What struck me was how everything just worked — the Wi-Fi was fast, the air conditioning was quiet, and the blackout curtains actually blocked out light. You know how rare that last one is, right?

The breakfast setup here is pretty smart — they do a proper buffet spread, but they also offer breakfast to go if you’re heading out early for day trips.
