You know what struck me first about this place on Trnitá? It’s actually in one of those neighborhoods that feels properly lived-in – not touristy at all, but you’re still walking distance from everything that matters in Brno. I mean, you step out the door and there’s this genuine Czech energy around you, people heading to work, grabbing coffee at the corner spot, kids on their way to school. It’s the kind of street where you feel like you’re staying in the real city, not some sanitized hotel bubble.
The apartment itself honestly impressed me more than I expected for the price point. Everything feels fresh and thoughtfully put together – someone clearly spent time getting the details right instead of just throwing IKEA furniture at the walls. The kitchen actually works (I’m talking decent counter space and appliances that aren’t decades old), which is rarer than you’d think in European city rentals. What really got me though was how quiet it stays at night, even though you’re close enough to the center that you can walk to Špilberk Castle or the old town in maybe fifteen minutes. During the day there’s that nice hum of neighborhood life, but come evening it settles into this peaceful vibe that’s perfect for actually getting some rest.
Here’s the thing about the location that most people don’t realize until they’re there – you’re positioned perfectly to duck into the city center when you want the tourist stuff, but you can also wander the other direction and find yourself in these lovely residential areas where you’ll stumble across little pubs and bakeries that barely see any visitors. I spent one morning just walking around with my coffee, checking out the local shops and watching the trams roll by. The 9.6 rating makes total sense to me, honestly. It’s not trying to be some luxury experience, but everything just… works. The check-in was smooth, the place was spotless, and there’s something satisfying about staying somewhere that feels like a temporary home rather than a hotel room. Plus – and this matters if you’re planning to explore beyond Brno – the transport connections are solid. You’re not stuck figuring out complicated routes every time you want to venture out to Moravian wine country or those gorgeous castles scattered around the region.

Wspaniały apartament. Doskonale wyposażony. Dostęp do Nestflixa. Bardzo czysto. Dwa balkony. Rolety zewnętrzne. Bezproblemowy kontakt z miłymi Gospodarzami. Lokalizacja pomiędzy dworcem autobusowym a kolejowym obok przystanek tramwaju i autobusów. Na dole sklep a na przeciwko galeria handlowa.

Excellent stay with private parking
It's an excellent, very bright and comfortable place. Exceptionally clean. You have everything you need. The beds and the sofa are very comfortable. The check-in and check-out are simple and straightforward. The place has a private underground garage where you can park if you travel with a car, fantastic! No complaints and highly recommended.
What could be improved: Just a headsup. If you travel with the car, you will need the garage chip to get out of the garage on weekends (it's closed on weekends). So you need to drive out and then come back to the flat to return the chip when you check out. It's a little moment that guests should consider. It's not a complaint, though, but a little comment, the security level of having your car safe is worth it.

Nowoczesny apartament, jasny i czysty, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne, blisko dworca PKP i centrum. Widok na wewnętrzny dziedziniec. Cisza i spokoj. Blisko galerii handlowej. Przyjazny zwierzętom.
Pretty central location, decent amenities. Not recommended for travellers with pets.

What could be improved: I would've given this a way better overall grade, but the pet policy of this apartment spoiled the whole rating.
The owners won't bother sending you sheets of rather excessive information about the place, facilities, how to check in and so on, but won't mention a single word about their very strict pet policy. Yes, I admit that haven't paid too much atention to your pet policy as this apartment was listed as pet friendly with standard "pets available upon request". Some of us are really busy with our day to day jobs and some bookings are made in the very last minute or without paying too much attention to all the rules and policies of the apartment, so you have to understand this as hosts as well.
After having checked in, I received a pretty passive agressive message from the owners that they have "noticed" that we arrived with the dog and by "noticed" they mean that there's a camera right next to the apartments door and they're filming their guests upon checkin. I don't remember that I agreed to be filmed in the first place and it would be interesting to deeper understand what do GDPR rules say about filming other people without their consent. I want to give you a friendly heads up that you're playing with fire here and some other more GDPR savyy guest might take you to court for this.
So in this message which was, again, very extensive and with way too many words they said that my options are either to pay 25 euros extra per night for a dog or take him to a dog hotel in Brno. I bet you never owned a dog in your life, if you can just casually suggest to someone to take his dog to some pet hotel in an unknown city just like that. Empathy is not your strongest suit, I'll give you that. Even top hotels in Scandinavia are not charging 25 euros per night for a pet, so you really outdone yourselves with literally 0 value for my dog for these extra 50 euros. We won't be returning here.

Great place for good price
The apartment is located in the city center, close to the train and bus stations and the shopping mall. Everything was as in the description, clean, working and brand new. The instructions how to get there were all clear and the general communication with the owners was top tier. Well equipped (with even oven, washing machine and dryer), so should be suitable also for longer stay. As the people that travel a lot - both with my boyfriend - we consider it to be the best flat we stayed in so far.
