What really sold me on this place was how it felt after a long day of wandering around Špilberk Castle and the old town – you walk in and there’s this sense of “okay, I can actually relax here.” The wifi works (always a gamble in smaller Czech cities), the shower has decent water pressure, and honestly the whole place just has this lived-in quality that makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere real rather than some sterile chain hotel.
