The apartment itself felt like someone’s well-kept home rather than a sterile hotel room, you know? Real wooden floors that creaked just slightly when you walked around barefoot, and the kitchen was stocked with proper Czech glassware, not those plastic cups you usually get. What really got me was the attention to small stuff – decent coffee in the cupboard, extra blankets that were actually soft, and bathroom products that didn’t smell like industrial cleaner. The shower pressure was surprisingly good too, which honestly matters more than people admit when you’ve been wandering around the city all day.

Parking was straightforward (there’s a spot included, which saves you the headache of hunting around those narrow streets), and check-in was refreshingly human – no rushing, actually got some solid recommendations for dinner spots that weren’t in my guidebook. The building itself has this quiet, residential vibe that makes you feel less like a tourist and more like you’re crashing at a friend’s place. I stayed there in late spring when the weather was still cool enough to keep the windows open at night, and you could hear the city settling down without feeling like you were camping next to a highway.
