Sometimes the places with the most Czech-sounding names that tourists can barely pronounce end up being absolute gems, and this is definitely one of them.
The building itself has that solid, unpretentious vibe that screams “locals know about this place.” It’s not trying to be flashy or Instagram-worthy, which I actually found refreshing after staying in so many cookie-cutter hotels. The apartments – and they really are proper apartments, not just hotel rooms with a mini fridge shoved in the corner – have this lived-in feel that makes you want to settle in for longer than you originally planned. I mean, there’s actual counter space in the kitchen, decent-sized windows that let in real light, and the kind of furniture you’d actually want in your own home. The whole setup made me feel like I was borrowing a friend’s place rather than just passing through another generic accommodation.
What really sold me on this place was the attention to practical details that most places completely overlook. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the entire apartment (revolutionary, I know), there’s proper storage space so you’re not living out of a suitcase, and – this might sound silly – but the shower pressure was genuinely impressive. Plus, the neighborhood has this authentic residential feel where you’ll see families heading to work in the morning and kids playing in nearby courtyards. It’s the kind of area where you can grab fresh bread from a local bakery without fighting through crowds of tourists with selfie sticks. The whole experience felt more like temporarily living somewhere rather than just visiting, which honestly made my trip so much more relaxing. That 9.3 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s the kind of place that exceeds expectations not through fancy amenities, but by just doing all the basic things really, really well.

Here is the best apartment that I have ever stayed.
The location is just in front the square and very easy to go to any spot in town.
Excellent location, overlooking the main square, very nice decor with industrial vibe, attentive staff (we had a complimentary bottle of wine)

Great location overlooking a square. Decor was really cool. Unit was very large and well appointed. Bed was large and comfortable. Property was very easy to communicate with. Parking very close by at Domini Parking.

The tube has a leak with water leaking on the marble floor. I slipped and fell down; just a few scratches; thank goodness no broken bones!
Location was unreal, so close to everything by foot. Situated right above the main square you couldnt get any closer. The place itself is massive with a huge living area and good sized bedroom. The shower was amazing. View from the room was lovely but due to the nature of the windows its not one you can sit and gaze out of. Self checkin/out was very easy
Absolutely superb! The apartment is massive! You get your own living room (with ample seating) plus a separate bedroom. The place is super clean and comfortable. And what an amazing location too! It’s a bonus that they have their own brewery and restaurant downstairs. The apartment is also accessible for people with limited mobility thanks to an elevator. Top notch and will definitely stay again the next time we are in Brno!
