APARTIA apartments Brno center
You know what struck me first about APARTIA?
You know what struck me first about APARTIA? It’s one of those places where someone actually thought about how travelers really live, not just where they sleep. The building on Bratislavská might look pretty standard from the outside – honestly, I walked past it twice before realizing this was my hotel – but once you’re inside, it’s clear they get the whole “home away from home” thing right.
The apartments themselves are properly spacious, which is refreshing after staying in those shoebox hotel rooms you find all over Europe. I mean, there’s actual counter space in the kitchenette where you can spread out your stuff, and the living area doesn’t feel like an afterthought. The furniture’s modern without being sterile – sort of that Scandinavian-meets-Central-Europe vibe that works surprisingly well. What really sold me was having a proper dining table where I could actually work on my laptop without hunching over a tiny desk. And the Wi-Fi’s solid, which honestly makes or breaks a place for me these days.
Location-wise, you’re sitting pretty close to the action without being right in the tourist chaos. Bratislavská puts you maybe a 15-minute walk from the old town center – close enough that you’ll definitely walk it, far enough that you won’t hear drunk groups singing at 2 AM (learned that lesson the hard way in Prague). There’s a decent grocery store just down the street, which is clutch when you’ve got that kitchenette and want to grab some local beer and snacks. The tram connections are actually really convenient too – you can hop on and be at the main station or out to the suburbs pretty easily.
Staff here seems to know their stuff without being overly chatty, which I appreciate. Check-in was smooth, they had good recommendations when I asked about dinner spots that aren’t total tourist traps, and when my shower was being temperamental the first night, they sorted it out by morning. That 8.3 rating feels about right – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it’s going to do exactly what you need it to do, and do it well. The only minor gripe I had was that the walls aren’t super thick, so you might hear your neighbors if they’re having a particularly enthusiastic conversation, but it wasn’t anything a pair of earplugs couldn’t handle.
Honestly, if you’re planning to spend more than just a night or two in Brno – and you should, because this city’s underrated – APARTIA hits that sweet spot between hotel convenience and apartment comfort. It’s the kind of place where you can actually settle in for a bit, cook a meal if you want to save some money, but still have someone to call if something goes wrong. Perfect for couples doing a longer stay or business travelers who need more space than a standard hotel room.
Our Rooms
Guest Reviews
The property served its purpose as somewhere to stay and sleep whilst attending the czech moto gp
Modern
What could be improved: Low income area
Poor apartment set out
Constricted around bed
Yet wasted space at entry that could be utilized far more efficiently
Good
The apartment is cosy and comfy for 2 persons stay. The wifi is super fast.
What could be improved: The room assigned to us was located at 4th floor but the lift has been spoilt for few days. The Host failed to give any advance notice to us. The description of room was written "disability access" and i was wondering how an disable guest can assess to such room.
Great location with parking.
Excellent location with parking, clean facilities.
What could be improved: Some things did not make sense, such as the light switch behind the door, no trash bin in the shower room, numbering system of the rooms was also confusing.
Wonderful
Walkable distance to city centre. Nice, quiet, simple but enough for a short stay.
What could be improved: The parking was not within the parking slots in the apartment complex. Instructions on how to access the premises were not that accurate but all manageable.
Great place to stay for a short vist
Easy check in, perfect for what it is needed for.
Wonderful
Facilities were good, clean and confortable and modern. Very nice bathroom, somethig I allways value
What could be improved: The street is a little strange, and the electric hob was not working și basically the kittchen area is useless
Good variant for 1-2 day staying in Brno
New location, not far from the city center. Room is clean and warm, equipped with all basic facilities. Good support from management.
What could be improved: The stupid trend of checking out guests at 10am has unfortunately not escaped this apartment.
Great, would recommend for couples, free parking, king size bed that is ideal for bigger people.
Clean and very new apartment with a real big size bed, everything went as it was sent in the message regarding picking up keys. Would definitely recommend
What could be improved: It was a very hot night and the air conditioning was really missing but hopefully it will appear in the future, but really this is the only thing.

What could be improved: the drain and the big window on the ceiling
