I mean, if you’ve ever tried to find parking in central Brno, you’ll understand why that’s basically gold.
The Space Itself
The room is surprisingly spacious for a city center location — I’d say it feels more like a proper apartment than your typical hotel setup. The kitchen area is well-equipped (I actually cooked breakfast there a couple of mornings), and everything feels fresh and modern. The owners clearly put thought into the layout because there’s this nice flow between the living area and sleeping space that doesn’t feel cramped. The Wi-Fi is solid too, which matters if you’re working remotely or just trying to figure out your next day’s plans.

Here’s where this place really shines — the location scored an 8.7 from recent guests, and honestly, I get it. You’re literally a five-minute walk from Náměstí Svobody, and the tram connections are right there when you need them. I found myself walking to most places during the day, then easily getting back for a quick rest before heading out for dinner. The neighborhood has that perfect mix of local life and tourist accessibility — you’ll see office workers grabbing coffee alongside visitors checking their maps.
What Works for Couples
I noticed this place gets particularly high marks from couples, and after staying there, it makes total sense. There’s something about having your own space — your own front door, your own little routine — that feels more intimate than a standard hotel room. The private parking means you’re not circling blocks looking for a spot after a romantic dinner, and the central location puts you within walking distance of Brno’s best wine bars and restaurants. Plus, having that kitchen means you can grab fresh ingredients from the local market and cook together if that’s your thing.

Dobre miejsce jako przystanek do dalszej podróży.
Dobre miejsce na jedną noc, jako punkt odpoczynku w dalszą podróż. Opiekun obiektu odebrał telefon, gdy mieliśmy problem z zaparkowaniem w garażu podziemnym. Miejsce ma potencjał, ale trzeba kilka elementów dopracować, doposażyć kuchnię, zadbać o lepszą instrukcję wejścia (np obrazową z klatkami schodowymi, co gdzie się znajduje).
What could be improved: Podany kod do klatki parkingu nie działał, jednak pasował do klatki apartamentu (według instrukcji, były to dwie oddzielne klatki schodowe - instrukcja wejścia do poprawy). Potrzebny był kontakt z właścicielem obiektu. Kontakt jednak bardzo pomocny i udało się wyjść z nieoczywistej sytuacji. W apartamencie zbyt mała ilość kubków / szklanek, nie wystarczyło dla 6 osób. Okolica nieprzyjemna, na ulicy grupki lokalnej społeczności.

Puiki lokacija, senamiestis už 10 min kelio pėsčiomis. Apartamentai naujai pastatytame daugiabutyje, tvarkingi. Labai patiko didelis balkonas su augalais. Vonios kambarys taip pat patogus ir erdvus. Patekimas į apartamentus labai parastas, automobilio parkavimo vietų yra daug aplinkui.
What could be improved: Apartamentai įrengti nekokybiškais baldais, kai kurie iš jų buvo aplūžę. Lova svetainėje kieta ir napatogi.

The apartment is approximately a 10-minute walk from the city center.
Communication with the host was fast - she responded immediately to messages and calls.
There was a kind gesture of offering free drinks in the fridge upon arrival.
The garage is newly built and offers indoor parking (for an additional fee 10€/day).
What could be improved: The parking situation is very poorly organized. To access the garage, someone has to physically stand next to the gate and hold down a button for the door to stay open - impossible if you are alone. The garage and apartment entrances are in two different buildings (14a for the garage and 14 next to the Albert supermarket for the apartment), which was very confusing.
The location felt unsafe at night, with a lot of sketchy activity in the surrounding area.
The apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival: bed linen and towels smelled strongly of previous use (sweat, hair oils), and there were visible stains and hair. I contacted the owner immediately. Although she responded quickly, she insisted the place was clean and asked for proof before sending replacements. I had to send photos via WhatsApp to prove I wasn't lying.
The replacement sheets delivered the next day were of very poor quality (cheap polyester), and towels still had stains and unpleasant smells. I had to purchase new towels myself. The kitchen was poorly equipped for a group of five. There were only four cups, which meant we had to take turns when drinking coffee in the morning. The free drinks (purchased by the previous tenants) left in the fridge when we arrived were removed after the cleaner (or possibly the owner) entered the apartment while we were out - without any explanation. The host asked for proof of parking payment, which I had already made days in advance - this felt unprofessional and as though she doubted my honesty. The AC remote was hidden inside the electric fuse box, which I found only by chance. This should have been clearly communicated. The Wi-Fi was not provided. The only available connection was the public Wi-Fi from the Albert supermarket next door, which was unreliable. Overall, the apartment was overpriced considering the comfort, location, and quality.

The location is great, in the city center and near all amenities.
Access is simple and easy.
What could be improved: Most of things are used and not fixed.
Matelas of double bad are not comfortable, wifi is public and not secured you cannot rely on it to work properly, dish washer is out of order, kitchen faucet is damaged and works as a fountain sometimes.

Good nice new building but with limited comfort

What could be improved: Lokace popravdě není úplně super, v okolí potkáte dost zvláštních lidí... Co mě ale nemile překvapilo, bylo předání klíčů. Jelikož jde o bezkontaktní apartmán bez personálu, tak klíče měly být v zakodované schránce. Schránka byla ale mechanická a i po zadání správného kódu nešla otevřít... Opravdu se muselo zabrat silou... Navíc jsem volala na obě čísla uvedená na majitele a ani jeden nezvedal a nereagoval na sms... Já jsem zůstala viset na chodbě s brečícím miminem a nemohla se dostat dovnitř. Možná by to chtělo modernější schránku na klíče aby klíč vypadl automaticky.
Byli jsme spokojeni. Ubytování má skvělou polohu – do historického centra města je to jen kousek.

What could be improved: Ubytování bylo v pořádku, ale přece jen bych ráda zmínila dvě drobnosti.
Připravené ručníky v koupelně nebyly úplně svěží – nevoněly ani před prvním použitím.
Výhled z balkónu směřoval přímo do zdi sousední budovy. Nám to vzhledem k minimálnímu pobytu na apartmánu nevadilo, ale pro další hosty může být dobré o tom vědět. Jinak vše odpovídalo popisu.
