First Impressions
Walking up to Milada Apartment / Brno Center on Milady Horákové street, you immediately get that feeling you’ve found something good. It’s not flashy or trying too hard — just a solid three-star place that knows exactly what it’s doing. The building has that classic Central European charm without being stuffy about it, and honestly, the location alone makes you feel like you’ve made a smart choice.
Location & Getting Around
Here’s the thing about staying in Brno — location is everything, and this place absolutely nails it. You’re right in the center, which means you can actually walk to most places you’d want to see. Couples consistently rate this spot 9.0 out of 10, and after spending time here, it’s easy to understand why. You’re close enough to the action but not dealing with constant street noise, which is honestly the perfect balance. The tram connections are right there too, so getting around the city is pretty effortless.
The Apartment Experience
The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel room. There’s a proper kitchen setup that’s actually functional — not one of those tiny token kitchenettes that can barely handle making coffee. You know what I really appreciated? The space feels lived-in but well-maintained, with enough room to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. The furnishings are modern enough without trying to be trendy, and everything just works the way it should.
Practical Considerations
Let me tell you about the details that actually matter when you’re traveling. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout the apartment, which isn’t always a given in older buildings. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this part of town, but the staff knows the area well and can point you toward the best options nearby. The check-in process is straightforward, and they’re pretty flexible about timing if you need to arrive outside normal hours — always a plus when you’re dealing with travel delays.
Why Guests Love It
With an 8.1 overall rating and that impressive 8.5 location score, this place clearly hits the mark for most people. What really stands out is how it manages to feel both central and peaceful — you’re in the heart of Brno but not constantly dealing with tourist crowds right outside your door. The value proposition is solid too; you’re getting apartment-style space and amenities at a reasonable price point. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in for a few days and actually feel at home, whether you’re exploring the city or just need a comfortable base for work or relaxation. The staff provides excellent support throughout your stay, making every visit memorable.

Guest Reviews
large living space, well equipped, clean and very cozy
Bright and modern studio, everything there that you need. Walking distance from centre and parking garage. Easy communication and self check in went smoothly. Comfortable beds and sofa bed for the kids.
Self-check in, the apartment was fully furnished with a kitchen, bed and towels. There is a clothes rack and a sofa and a big kitchen table, that was suitable for some remote work. There is a small grocery shop about 3 minutes walk from the apartment.
The studio is spacious and comfortable.
There is an oven but no dish washer.
Very nice apartment in renovated building with elevator, all the equipment is like new, very comfortable beds, even the sofa bed was comfortable. We had here everything we needed for really good price. The apartment is just two tram stops to very center of Brno (i recommend to buy 24 hour ticket, which at sathurday and sunday is valid for 2 adults and to 2 kids under 15y). We liked the neighbourhood very much. Park with playground, very nice beer pub, grocery store.
Both the door to the building, and the door to the apartment itself, are operated using a numeric keypad, so there was no need to coordinate with the host at the arrival to pick up the keys (also since me and my 2 friends were operating on slightly different schedules, we didn't need to synchronise our arrivals because of a shared key).
Trams pass right under the apartment but the windows - when closed - do a very good job of protecting against the noise from the street (although I should say I wore ear plugs at night because of my friends' late arrivals). There's air conditioning in the apartment so we didn't mind keeping the windows closed. The air conditioning unit is positioned such that it doesn't blow cold air towards the beds which is a nice plus.
Storage space in the apartment is limited (there's a clothes rack with a couple of hangers which I used, and a school-like iron cupboard which I didn't use) but the apartment feels very spacious, so even with the three of us having our suitcases open on the floor, we were not bumping into them. There is a kitchen table with 4 chairs and a small writing desk.
The toilet is in the bathroom, the bathroom itself and the stall shower are spacious.
The kitchen has got an induction stove, a microwave an electric kettle. There's a small fridge (with an integrated freezer) under the kitchen counter, and a washing machine.
Beautiful room, near the downtown, quiet place, and nice staff
Nice location close to tram stop. Comfy beds. Washing machine. Keyless entry so no need to arrange to meet the host
Skvela poloha, prijemne ubytovanie
