At the Three Princes

You know what caught me off guard about At the Three Princes? The name sounds like some medieval fairy tale, but honestly, it’s one of those places that just gets everything right without making a big show of it. I mean, with a 9.4 rating, you’d expect something special – and it actually delivers, which is rarer than you’d think with four-star places these days.
The moment you walk in, there’s this understated elegance that feels authentic rather than trying too hard. The lobby has this warm, almost residential feel – like you’re staying at the well-appointed home of someone with excellent taste rather than a typical hotel. The staff genuinely seems to remember your name after day one (not just pretending to check their notes), and check-in was refreshingly smooth. No upselling, no lengthy explanations of obvious amenities, just “here’s your key, the elevator’s just past that gorgeous old mirror on the left.”
What really impressed me was how they handle the small stuff that can make or break a stay. The rooms are thoughtfully designed – actual bedside lighting you can read by, enough outlets in sensible places, and bathroom counter space that acknowledges people travel with more than a toothbrush. The beds are that perfect firmness where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re wrestling with quicksand all night. Honestly, I slept better there than I do at home, which is saying something. The soundproofing is solid too – you’re not going to be kept awake by hallway conversations or elevator dings. Mornings are pleasantly quiet, though you’ll hear some gentle activity from the street below if you’re an early riser, which I actually found kind of charming rather than disruptive. There’s something about the quality of light that filters through their windows that makes even jet-lagged mornings feel manageable. The whole place just has this calm, collected energy – staff moves efficiently without rushing, everything feels intentional but not fussy. It’s the kind of place where you find yourself lingering an extra few minutes in the morning instead of rushing out, maybe because you’re actually comfortable and don’t feel like you’re camping out in someone else’s generic box.

Guest Reviews
Excellent location, very central but not too noisy. We loved the big rooms, particularly so my son who was running around all the time. Very helpful and responsive host.
Fantastic spacious apartment right in the heart of BRNO. Train station is only 5 minutes walk.
Amazing location and lovely spacious flat in a beautiful building. Great base to explore Brno !
We had church view, which was really nice. The location is great, in the city centre, minutes away from the main square and most city sights.
The location is great - right in the middle of town, within walking distance of all the restaurants, bars and sights, plus the tram strop is only a few minutes' walk away. The apartment we stayed in was opposite the church, which means we got treated to lovely organ music in the late morning. The apartment is very tastefully furnished.
Excellent location, beautiful, clean apartment. Café with a terrace on the ground floor. This was our second time in this apartment, and we will definitely come back!
Awesome, just awesome
We had a great time at the terrace apartment! The location is fantastic - 10 minutes to the train station, lots of supermarkets cafes, restaurants, and bars within a short walking distance, lots of transport options. The apartment itself is very spacious and nicely decorated. It had all the necessary amenities and beautiful terrace perfect for breakfasts in the sun. While the apartment did not have aircon due to old building even on very hot days it was cool inside. The building itself is very atmospheric and has a bustling cafe at the courtyard. The host is amazing and very accommodating.
Everything was great: nice appartment in a historical building in the Center. 7 min walking distance from the station of Brno, located in the pedestrean area.
In the kitchen of the appartement was everything available, like being at home (allthough we did not use....:Coffee, tea, Oil, herbs,
aswell as in the bathroom: washing Maschine & detergent, shower gel...)
Easy going and friendly host! Thank you
everything was great, a really beautiful apartment
