APARTIA Vlhká sits right on Skořepka street, and honestly, when I first walked up to it, I wasn’t sure what to expect from an aparthotel in this part of Brno’s center. But you know what? It actually surprised me in the best way. The building has that classic Central European feel without being stuffy about it – sort of modern comfort wrapped in old-world charm, if that makes sense.
What really struck me was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between hotel service and apartment flexibility. I mean, you get proper kitchenettes that actually work (not those sad little setups with a broken mini-fridge), but housekeeping still shows up when you need them to. The rooms feel spacious in a way that’s pretty rare for city center spots – you’re not constantly bumping into furniture or living out of a suitcase on the floor. And the location, well, it’s one of those addresses where you can walk to the main square in about ten minutes, but you’re tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with drunk tourists stumbling past your window at 2 AM. Skořepka connects really nicely to the pedestrian areas, so you’ll find yourself wandering toward Svobody square or down to the cathedral without even planning it.
The staff seems to actually know Brno, which is refreshing – they’ll point you toward that little wine bar on Josefská instead of just handing you a generic tourist map. Parking can be a bit of a dance (it’s the city center, what do you expect?), but there are options nearby if you’re driving. The 7.8 rating feels about right to me – it’s solid, reliable, and does what it promises without any major hiccups. I’d say it works especially well if you’re staying more than just a night or two, since you can actually settle in and use the space properly. The neighborhood gets pretty lively during the day with people heading to and from the center, but evenings are surprisingly peaceful. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Brno, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want – somewhere comfortable and well-located where you can just focus on enjoying the city itself.

We really liked that it was spacious, located on a good spot, and had more than enough storage
What could be improved: We disliked that the elevator was out of service (5th floor). Moreover, host knew that it was out of service, and didn't mention it at all during the last minute directions before our arrival!!

After an unsuccessful attempt to chech in Cozy rooms Brno? 60200, We ordered an apartment Vlhka Brno on February 24 at about 10 PM ,
we paid for the order in full with contactless check-in
When we arrived at the address, we could not find the container with the key in the specified place.
The owner did not answer calls. We council not get into the apartment and we were not refunded for the order.
We didn't risk looking for a new place to stay in the city BRNO. We had to sleep in the car. In the morning we went in to Austria to Mayrhofen.

The second time – we booked late in the evening and received all the information quickly. Convenient parking, kitchen, and amenities as described.
What could be improved: A shower cabin would be more convenient, but for a short stay, it works as it is.

We stayed only 1 night, but apartment was really big, kitchen had everything and was like home, even some welcome wine, coffee and i think even oil, salt were placed in the cabinets. Secure parking in the inner yard that you can see from your window. Toys for kids, board games, good wifi. 10 min on foot from the centre :)
What could be improved: Mostly all good for us, but small details might be important for others - apartment is on the 5th (?) floor with double stairs, both lifts were broken :( Smaller bed or mattress made a lot of noise when you roll over, old and huge pillows, that are not very comfortable, you need to adjust heating by yourself, some rooms are colder and some burning hot because of that. Inner yard gates closes at 8 or 9 pm, until morning, so it is difficult to leave by car in that period of time. Paper decor on the wall in living room are falling down, so it does not look good.
